Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Training and Development Officer at Innocent Minds Preschool. The Training and Development Officer will be responsible for assessing training needs for Teachers, developing and implementing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. They will also be responsible for maintaining a learning management system and ensuring effective communication with staff and management. This is an on-site position located in Beirut.

Qualifications

·       Knowledge and knowhow in ECE and Teachers Training

·       Knowledge in Child Development

·       At least 7 years of experience in the education or childcare industry

·       Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development skills

·       Analytical Skills

·       Effective Communication skills

·       Presentation Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
