Position Summary:

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. He/she will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, in quality assurance within a scientific or technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Review and approve documentation related to product quality, including batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to junior QA staff and other departments on quality-related matters.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.).
2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
