AdsLabs, a digital marketing and advertising startup, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Acquisition Specialist to join our start-up. If you are passionate about generating online sales and driving business growth through lead generation and client acquisition, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for online sales generation and client acquisition.
- Drive client acquisition through inbound and outbound strategies.
- Plan and manage outreach campaigns to attract new clients.
- Lead business development initiatives, turning prospects into clients.
- Provide leadership in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Be able to recruit (with the help of HR) and manage a team
- Close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in online sales generation, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Strong expertise in both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Solid business development and outreach skills.
- Leadership qualities to guide and develop acquisition strategies.
- Strong closing skills and a results-driven mindset.
Compensation:
This role starts as commission-based with significant potential to transition to base salary+commissions
