Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager at Cape Insurance Brokers. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their insurance needs, negotiating contracts, and handling claims on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, and Claims Handling skills
- Policy Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire insurance policy process, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and ensuring timely policy issuance and delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products, helping clients expand their coverage while driving company growth.
