Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Edelweiss Maritime Management Services, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts across multiple maritime domains, focusing on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. Your role will involve overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market share in the maritime industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their maritime management needs.
  • Lead the sales cycle, from prospecting new business opportunities to closing deals and ensuring successful project implementation.
  • Identify new market trends, emerging needs, and opportunities to offer innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to keep Edelweiss at the forefront of maritime solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team for post-sales support and service delivery.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the maritime, logistics, or yachting industries.
  • Marketing Background is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and digital sales platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
