Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at REM Trading in Beirut. This full-time, on-site role involves managing various HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employees' files
• Update attendance and leaves
• Manage employee relations and address workplace issues
• Create and update job descriptions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years proven experience in HR
• Strong background in employee relations and job description creation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and NSSF
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
