Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at REM Trading in Beirut. This full-time, on-site role involves managing various HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the effective execution of HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employees' files
- Update attendance and leaves
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues
- Create and update job descriptions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years proven experience in HR
- Strong background in employee relations and job description creation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and NSSF
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
