Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at The Smallville Hotel in Beirut. The Hostess will be responsible for reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining communication with guests. Additionally, the Hostess will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette in their day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Reservations
- Customer Service and Phone Etiquette proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
