Job Overview:
We're actively seeking a Regional Associate Creative Director to join our team and play a central role in aligning across countries and lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative and trendsetting integrated campaigns
Key Responsibilities
- Own, build, organize, execute, and present creative proposals with the creative director from start to finish.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative and trendsetting integrated campaigns that elevate the brand and drive consumer demand to growth the business.
- Think about creative brilliance at the start of every project, working with other departments.
- Work on a number of projects simultaneously, making sure none of them backslide over the course of creative development.
- When overseeing junior creatives, hone your curation skills to identify and bring forward only the strongest ideas.
- Develop creative presentations, run pitches (with the Creative Director), be magnificent in front of clients, handle shoots…
- Be a supportive creative leader for the juniors in the agency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, advertising required or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of creative leadership working across digital, print, and dynamic content,
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, award-winning, and impactful creative work that drive business and brand results.
- Creative and passionate about marketing and has a keen eye for detail on how to bring ideas to life in big disruptive ways.
- A passion for driving brand impact through innovative and creative marketing initiatives that drive the consumer demand and sales.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
- Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic environments, comfortable with risk and uncertainty.
- A change agent who can direct and lead a fast-paced dynamic organization.
- Great written and verbal communication skills and can successfully spread creative and design thinking throughout the organization, especially new ideas, concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
Collaborative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude.
