Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be working as part of an agile team with whom you need to be focused on creating great employee experiences in the way our colleagues interact everyday with innovative technology and digital services in our workplace.

The IT Support Specialist will lead and support Business Continuity activities in addition to partnering with key business stakeholders, analyzing business requirements and choosing solutions to our challenges, deploying solutions and contributing to the marketing and change management campaigns to ensure high adoption of these new solutions.

The IT Support Specialist reports indirectly to the End User, Workplace & Site Experience Manager for Levant.

Your Impact

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training more junior staff members

Who you are:

  • You possess 3 to 5 years of experience in providing onsite and/or remote technical support to end users in PC and Mac environments with experience across multiple domains
  • You are able to support operating systems, devices, and applications, including the Google Suite of Applications, MS Office
  • You are knowledgeable of network concepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet)
  • You have a good understanding of web conferencing and mobile technologies, and an understanding of audio-visual equipment as it relates to PC/Mac platforms
  • You have the knowledge of the ITIL Incident Management processes in an IT service delivery environment
  • You have experience with the Service Now ticketing system and troubleshooting hardware /software /mobile devices
  • You must be fluent in English
