A reputable company in Beirut is seeking to recruit an Organizational Psychologist.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, who are passionate about applying psychological principles in business settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business development team to apply psychological insights that enhance organizational growth strategies.
- Conduct and interpret psychometric tests to support recruitment and sales processes, ensuring the right talent fit for clients.
- Provide individual and group counseling to improve employee well-being, performance, and job satisfaction within organizations.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative duties related to project management, client meetings, and documentation.
- Monitor and manage media presence, contribute to social media updates, and handle client communication to maintain the company's online reputation.
- Participate in on-site visits to businesses for consultations, employee assessments, and follow-up on psychological interventions.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (preferably with a focus on Organizational Psychology or a related field).
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in an organizational or business setting.
- Strong understanding of psychometric assessments and their application in recruitment and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both in the office and in the field.
- Interest in business development, employee counseling, and media relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of social media platforms.
