Maintenance Supervisor at Rim Natural Spring Mineral Water S.A.L ( Bekaa- Zahle ). The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day equipment maintenance, maintenance tasks, and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support operational needs.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree In engineering or related field.
• Proven Experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Repair.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
