Job Description:

- Guide potential customers to products and services appropriate for their needs
- Understand and support parents throughout their baby's food journey
- Onboard and orient new clients in a smooth and enjoyable manner
- Build friendships with clients and maintain poise in responses
- Use problem solving skills to find solutions for clients
- Work in harmony with team members and maintain proper communication across departments to ensure accurate orders
- Maintain all client details in an organized and accurate manner
- Follow up on and manage subscription renewals, client payments, and deliveries
- Ensure invoices are accurate for each order
- Up-sell to clients as is appropriate and ethical
