Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for studying clients’ businesses, conducting market research, developing strategic marketing plans, and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various departments, including design and content teams, to ensure campaigns are cohesive and successful. This role also involves pitching marketing ideas to clients, managing ad campaigns, tracking performance, and providing insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Research: Study and analyze the clients' business models, target audience, and competitors to identify marketing opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the client’s business goals, focusing on digital platforms.
- Pitching Ideas: Present innovative marketing concepts and plans to clients, showcasing how digital solutions will meet their needs and drive growth.
- Campaign Execution: Launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ads Management: Monitor, optimize, and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
- Content Collaboration: Work with creative teams to ensure that content and design support the marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze digital campaign performance, generating regular reports and providing insights for improvement.
- Client Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to report on progress, gather feedback, and propose new strategies as necessary.
- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to continually improve results.
