Job Purpose:


Responsible and accountable for providing professional and comprehensive administrative support to the various functions of the Global Regional Center, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the different countries and regions. This role involves assisting with various academic and administrative tasks to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences and events, preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing meeting materials when needed
  • Facilitating the communication and collaboration between the different functions of the Global Regional Center providing support to initiatives and projects when and as requested
  • Coordinating and managing multiple tasks including assisting in the planning and execution of regional tasks and projects
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues from different stakeholders while maintaining high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Assisting in the preparation of academic materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams provided by the subject experts according to the SABIS® Educational System and guideline, ensuring they meet structural standards
  • Following up on, updating, and ensuring the efficient delivery of Core Curriculum items (Pacing Charts, core codes, Master Exam schedules, Problem Solving LPs, revision sheets, teacher guides, etc.)
  • Ensuring that the diagnostic timetables, course materials, and exams are received on time for each region
  • Identifying and participating in resolving issues efficiently while recommending effective solutions and raising them to Regional Academic Director for review and validation
  • Ensuring the successful implementation and transfer of SABIS® Digital Platform (SDP) quizzes and course materials, including course questions and documents, to schools
  • Maintaining and organizing regional documents, records and files while ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies, and securing proper storage of data files and records as per internal policies and where appropriate
  • Compiling and analyzing regional data and reports allowing the team to work on findings and preparing recommendations to the Management
  • Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management


Ideal Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / management or equivalent
  • English Proficient
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field
