About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and a proven track record in project management. This role will involve overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and collecting technical data for project analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Coordinate and oversee all site activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.

Technical Data Collection:
- Collect and analyze technical data related to site conditions, construction materials, and project performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation based on data findings.
- Utilize surveying equipment and software to gather accurate measurements and data.

Site Supervision:
- Inspect and monitor construction work to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Problem-Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot engineering challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the project team to address any issues that may arise.

Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in site civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
