Community Manager

Your Role:
As a Community Manager at SALATA, you will be the direct link between our brand and our customers. You’ll manage our online presence, engage with our community, and organize both virtual and in-person activations, events, and pop-ups. Your responsibilities will include driving engagement, managing feedback, and fostering a positive, supportive community that aligns with SALATA’s values and lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
• Community Management: Serve as the personal point of communication between the brand and the community, ensuring direct and timely communication with customers to handle all inquiries efficiently. Engage across various platforms to foster a strong, supportive community around our brand values.
• Activation, Events, and Pop-Ups: Design and execute memorable brand experiences that bring our community together, both online and in real life.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that resonates with the community and aligns with our brand identity.
• Feedback Management: Regularly collect and analyze community feedback, maintaining a comprehensive database to inform strategy adjustments and product innovations.
• Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and grow our audience across platforms
