Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain clear communication with field crews and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Coordination: Follow up with field crews daily to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

• Safety Compliance: Conduct safety compliance checks to ensure that all activities on-site meet the necessary safety standards and regulations.

• Project Updates: Gather and compile work updates from field crews and provide detailed reports to clients, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

• Documentation Review: Revise the scope of work and site documents for each project to ensure that all work is carried out according to the specified requirements.

• Closeout Documentation: Compile Closeout Packages, RET Worksheets, etc.

• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may impede project progress.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical engineering, or telecom is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
