Senior Relationship Manager

Functions:

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Arab Finance Corporation, your primary goal will be to acquire new clients while managing and developing a portfolio of existing relationships. You will promote our full range of investment products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

  • Initiate and develop relationships with mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals, as well as corporate entrepreneurs, to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Identify potential clients with investable assets and proactively engage through leads and referrals from internal and external sources.
  • Conduct cold calls, pitches, and presentations to display the company’s capabilities and offerings.

Client Advisory and Financial Planning:

  • Assist clients in defining their financial objectives, portfolio structures, investment requirements, and risk tolerance.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on personal wealth management and investment opportunities to maximize asset growth and revenue potential.

Investment Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the Trading Desk, Asset Management, and Research & Advisory departments to:
  • Advise on global asset allocation and investment diversification.
  • Generate innovative product ideas and recommend investment solutions across our full range of offerings.
  • Design and propose tailored financial products that meet client needs.
  • Guide clients in managing financial market risks and assessing product suitability.

Ongoing Portfolio Management:

  • Regularly review clients’ investment objectives and recommend necessary adjustments to asset allocations and portfolio re-balancing.

Feedback and Reporting:

  • Maintain systematic communication with management by preparing and updating reports based on client interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, financial planning, or portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of investment products and personal financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
