A Reputable Restaurant located in Jbeil is seeking to recruit a Head Chef.


Main Duties:



  • Design and develop menus, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

  • Ensure consistency and excellence in the quality of dishes served.

  • Manage kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship.

  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and functions.

Skills


  • Culinary degree.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for food innovation with extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
