Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in managing daily tasks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements
Provide general support to visitors
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve administrative problems
- Data entry on system

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
