Job Description: Senior Architect Coordinator

Position Summary: The Senior Architect Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing architectural projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and client relations. This role involves overseeing project safety, design quality, and documentation while fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both architectural design and project management, with a preference for experience in construction and real estate companies.

Responsibilities:

Safety and Security:

Enforce strict safety protocols and procedures in architectural design and project execution.
Ensure a deep understanding and compliance with safety guidelines and regulations related to architectural planning and construction.
Policies and Procedures:

Develop and refine company policies and procedures for architectural design, documentation, and project management.
Lead the implementation of new design procedures and ensure team adherence.
Client Relations:

Lead collaboration with senior architects and clients to understand complex architectural requirements and preferences.
Translate sophisticated client needs into innovative and practical architectural design solutions.
Communication:

Effectively communicate technical information within the team and with external stakeholders.
Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive design reports, drawings, and documentation for internal and external communication.
Management Support:

Provide leadership in supporting project managers and architects with detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation.
Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, and resolving complex project issues.
Team Leadership:

Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, engineers, and construction personnel to integrate architectural plans into comprehensive project plans.
Lead team meetings, contributing advanced ideas and insights to enhance project outcomes.

Lead and coordinate architectural projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and specifications.
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving.
Architectural Documentation:

Lead the creation of detailed and sophisticated architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using advanced architectural software.
Ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Client Interaction Leadership:

Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing in-depth design-related information and addressing complex client inquiries.
Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and documentation for client meetings.
Quality Assurance Leadership:

Lead comprehensive quality checks on design drawings and documentation, ensuring alignment with the highest engineering standards and project requirements.
Oversee the review of design documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring the highest level of quality.
Team Collaboration Leadership:

Lead and foster effective collaboration within the design department and across other departments.
Collaborate with senior architects to integrate architectural designs seamlessly into construction projects.
Critical Competencies:

Advanced Design Understanding:

In-depth knowledge and understanding of advanced architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Ability to visualize and implement complex architectural plans and concepts.
Technical Mastery:

Proficiency in advanced architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD) for complex design drafting and documentation.
Ability to independently contribute to and lead architectural drawings and plans.
Exceptional Communication Skills:

Exceptional clear and concise communication abilities, both written and verbal, for conveying highly technical information within the team.
