Job Description:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key member of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing diverse design projects. This role requires a strong combination of creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking. You will work on everything from social media graphics to full-scale marketing campaigns, and collaborate with various internal teams, including events, to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Design: Create visually engaging graphics and assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
• Campaign Design: Lead the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, and web banners.
• Event Concept Creation: Work closely with the events team to lead the creation of event concepts for brand activations and experiential marketing projects.
• Presentation Design: Prepare polished, visually compelling presentations for client pitches, internal meetings, and strategic proposals.
• Branding & Identity: Support the creation and evolution of brand identities, including logos, typography, and visual guidelines.
• Print Design: Develop designs for print materials such as brochures, posters, and business cards, ensuring quality and consistency across mediums.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Art Director, copywriters, motion designers, the events team, and other departments to ensure a cohesive visual message across all platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Creative Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, constantly seeking out ways to innovate and improve design processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other industry-standard software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including social media, branding, campaigns, and print.
• Experience leading campaign and event concept creation with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
