Behavioral Therapist

Job Overview:
The ABA Therapist is responsible for providing one-on-one therapy sessions to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The therapist will implement treatment plans, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed to ensure the achievement of client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions.

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Collect data during each session to monitor client progress.

Maintain detailed and accurate session notes and documentation.

Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and challenges.

Ensure the safety of clients during therapy sessions.

Stay updated on ABA techniques and best practices through ongoing training.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).

Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Strong understanding of ABA principles.

Ability to collect and analyze data.

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.


Work Hours:
Part-time based on client needs.
