Role Overview:
The CRM Expert will manage our HubSpot platform, ensuring that our customer engagement strategies are data-driven and highly effective. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and customer service, focusing on automating workflows, email campaigns, and analyzing customer behavior to improve conversion and retention. You’ll play a crucial role in nurturing leads and keeping our clients engaged with educational, relevant content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HubSpot CRM full-time to develop and optimize customer journeys and workflows.
• Design, implement, and optimize email marketing and drip campaigns to drive engagement.
• Analyze customer data to identify active vs. inactive customers and provide insights on behavior.
• Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to gather feedback and automate communications.
• Report on key metrics including email open rates, lead conversions, and overall CRM effectiveness.
• Assist in landing page setup and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience working as a CRM lead, intermediate-level HubSpot skills.
• Strong marketing background with technical proficiency in customer engagement and automation.
• Experience in eCommerce and/or direct-to-consumer; subscription business experience is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and technical teams.
