Job Purpose:
Developing academic material intended for use at the SABIS® Network of schools and ensuring their quality is up to SABIS® standards, as well as providing support to schools and Regional Centers to ensure all exams are managed properly and the teaching pace at the schools is on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and reviewing SABIS® textbooks and supplement books to ensure they follow the SABIS® Point System and methodology.
- Developing and reviewing material for databanks to ensure that the quality of the questions is up to SABIS® standards.
- Analyzing and evaluating issues on academic material to ensure all corrections and enhancements are applied.
- Reviewing technology material intended for academic use to provide students with a better learning experience.
- Approving developed content for SABIS® subject material to ensure SABIS® quality standards.
- Coaching and mentoring staff members to ensure that they have the support they need to be efficient and productive team members.
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management.
Ideal Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related subject is required
- A master’s degree is a plus
- A teaching diploma is a plus
- A Language Senior Analyst needs to be an expert in the relevant language
- English is a must for all non-language senior analysts
