Talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Presales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of presales experience and a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, particularly in Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insight – Journey applications. This role is pivotal in the sales process, working closely with sales teams, clients, to identify and propose solutions that meet our clients' business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling activities to Uncover client needs and propose Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements and articulate the value proposition of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies and provide insights to clients.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and enablement to sales teams and clients on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a presales role, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: D365 Sales Functional Consultant, Power Platform Solution Architect, D365 Customer Service Functional Consultant.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
