The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for delivering a wide range of site-specific human resources and administrative programs and services. From employee development to benefits, this position plays an integral role in assuring our employees feel valued, have the resources necessary to perform, and that we are meeting all of our compliance requirements. The position assures processes and practices are aligned and consistent with the espoused values and culture of Mindspace’s mission and vision.



Responsibilities:


  • Serve as primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures consistent with local laws and company.
  • Manage all aspects of employee relations, employee engagement, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans across Lebanon, Egypt, and provide support to Saudi Arabia
  • Coach managers on effective performance management techniques and provide support in addressing performance issues.
  • Collaborate with the Saudi Arabia office manager, offering HR support as needed.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for the Egypt office, including but not limited to documentation, procurement, and office maintenance.
  • Drive continued transformation in Mindspace’ operating model and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline policies, processes and tools.
  • Assist the senior leadership team to build an empowering workplace through development of compensation, learning and development program, job design etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build a culture of performance across the organization that is linked to organization needs and aligned to performance reviews
  • Liaise with department heads and management to address HR-related needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop appropriate performance discussions and disciplinary actions.
  • Completes all onboarding and orientation of new team members.
  • Coordinates and delivers required team member training.
  • Prepare Human Resource reports as needed.
  • Stays up to date on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 8+ years proven experience in people and culture management, preferably in the Advertising, Marketing or Digital industry
  • HR Certification (SHRM Certified Professional/CIPD or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of various HR function, or a related field.
