After-Sales Administrative Coordinator

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib is looking for an ambitious and motivated an After-Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

•             Perform E-files check and import for sales and purchases

•             Ensure all Supplier invoices are uploaded on Portal and communicate with entities regarding invoice issuance.

•             Handle spare parts management for Supplier contracts

•             Coordinate with the several entities to issue invoices

•             Contribute innovative ideas to enhance team performance and efficiency

 

Qualifications:

•                    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.

•                    Microsoft Excel Proficiency.

•                    High level of autonomy, multitasker.

•                    English language is a must. French is a plus.
