Facility Manager

We are seeking a Facility Manager responsible for the overall management, safety, and operational efficiency of assigned facilities. This role involves maintaining and developing relationships with clients, devising the overall operational plan, including annual Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety statutory requirements. The Facility Manager will also focus on continuous improvement initiatives and upgrade suggestions, as well as managing staffing levels and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing the facility team and collaborating with various departments.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in facility management or related role.
• Proven team management experience, with strong leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
