Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager for our valued corporate client located in Beirut, to lead and manage our sales team across Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the cleaning and hygiene products industry, with strong expertise in merchandising.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the performance of the sales team across all areas.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company-wide goals and expand market reach.
  • Monitor sales performance, mentor team members, and provide training as needed.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product placement and visibility in stores.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the cleaning and hygiene products industry.
  • Strong experience in merchandising and an in-depth understanding of product display strategies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lebanese market.
