One World (1W) is a multi-disciplinary company comprised of several entities related to media commercial, residential, industrial and storage services.
One Media (1M), an Information Provider media company founded in 1977 and dedicated to advance the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region & beyond by building an industry platform (industryHQ) providing relevant and up-to-date information, news, statistics & data – meaning: useful & beneficial, highly relevant and updated value-added content – related to various industries (water, construction, food, health & energy) and other industries in the near future such as transportation, fashion, ICT…) and shall be comprised of various media channels (magazines, websites, newsletters, social media channels…).
I. Responsibilities
• “Traditional” Marketing & Sales
1. Lead efforts in implementing a suitable and professional marketing & sales IT solution to automate & enhance all relevant functions.
2. Analyse current marketing trends and submit recommendations / action plans on a periodic basis to supervisors or when requested.
3. Assist in preparing promotional and marketing campaigns to ensure best-possible sales results for 1W brands.
4. Prepare & send promotional material to various entities as necessary via various communication channels.
5. Ensure that sales objectives / targets are being met or exceeded, coordinating with direct supervisor and taking appropriate action as necessary and suggesting corrective actions to improve sales results.
6. Handle daily marketing / sales communication to ensure best-possible customer service / satisfaction is maintained.
7. Present 1W brands to potential clients through various communications (email / phone call / webinar) or by personal meetings.
8. Deal with client requests for promotional packages / offers ensuring that appropriate relationship status is established with all clients (current & previous).
9. Review and update marketing & sales processes on a continuous basis to ensure optimum results.
10. Coordinate the production of marketing or promotional materials whether print, digital or online - this shall involve liaising with editors (for writing and proofreading copy) & designers.
11. Arrange for the preparation and effective distribution of marketing material via various media channels online & offline.
12. Organize &/or attend various industry & professional events in Lebanon &/or abroad.
13. Implement marketing &/or sales campaigns liaising as necessary with direct supervisor and other personnel.
14. Contribute to and develop as well as implement marketing plans and strategies.
15. Assisting in the delivery / execution of approved processes / strategies.
16. Maintain and build relationships with various entities / media types with special focus on event organizers and advertising agencies.
17. Perform analysis with respect to competitive / similar media and prepare action plans accordingly to meet and exceed competition.
18. Submit periodic reports to supervisor(s) as necessary / when requested.
Digital Marketing
1. Lead efforts in implementing a suitable and professional digital marketing IT solution to automate & enhance all relevant functions.
2. Plan, implement, monitor, analyze & develop digital marketing plans & campaigns, (including first & foremost E-Mail Marketing) as well as devise strategies to drive online traffic to 1W digital / online media channels (whether corporate or brands).
3. Perform Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) / Display Advertising and SMC promoted posts campaigns to ensure appropriate ratings / benchmarks are achieved for 1W digital / online media channels (whether corporate or brands).
4. Perform Analytics / Metrics measurement related to 1W’s digital, online & social media properties / channels and report to supervisors on a periodic basis / as requested, as well as take corrective actions to improve ratings & benchmarks (CTR, Page Views, etc.).
5. Monitor 1W digital media channels analytics on a periodic basis (weekly / monthly / quarterly) or as requested (example: to immediately know statistics related to a page or banner or new feature implemented online) and prepare / submit actionable reporting (for internal &/or external purposes & use) and take prompt necessary actions to develop 1W media channels based on these analytics, liaising with various department & team members as necessary, to ensure prompt changes / developments / updates are made in order to continuously have better results.
6. Ensure that clean data is available to ensure minimum bounce rate and to ensure that appropriate ratings / Email Marketing Benchmarks are always maintained, coordinating as necessary with various departments / colle
