Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare papers for Tax, NSSF, payroll & coordinate with auditors.
  • Update accounts receivable records and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company guidelines.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability for reporting purposes.
  • Respond to client queries and address disputes in a professional manner.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Monitor the client ageing report to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate actions.
  • Record payment receipts accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to the credit insurance policy and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide support during client audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of three Years of experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge and experience in insurance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
