Dands is looking for a qualified Accountant to manage our financial operations. This role covers order processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting. The Accountant will ensure accurate financial records, support internal teams, and contribute to Dands' growth as we expand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices, delivery notes, and customer/supplier payments.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate Statements of Account (SOAs).
- Track outstanding payments, manage credit notes, and ensure timely payment schedules.
- Prepare financial reports, including sales, growth, and profitability analysis.
- Handle payroll, including attendance, deductions, and payslip generation.
- Perform stock reconciliations and collaborate on financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and payables/receivables.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
