Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team for a Workday implementation project. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring Workday to enhance existing features and develop new functionalities. This role also involves participating in the Prism implementation and integrating data from external systems like SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Workday to enhance and implement new features according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand HR processes and ensure Workday solutions align with business needs.
- Extract data from SuccessFactors and prepare it for import into Workday Prism.
- Implement and configure Workday Prism to support data analytics and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to visualize imported data.
- Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate integration with data warehouses.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights through Workday and Prism reporting tools.
- Provide technical expertise in Workday and PRISM to enhance data-driven decision-making within HR processes.
Essential Skills:
- Workday expertise (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Proficiency in Workday Prism
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with data warehouses and data analytics concepts
- Understanding of HR processes and workflows
Other Requirements:
- Experience working with data integration from systems like SuccessFactors
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical configurations and reporting
Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
