Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Assist in creating comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events).
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports on metrics and insights to inform future strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer service) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking expenses related to marketing initiatives.
Event Planning: Organize and promote events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am till 4:pm
