Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Power Reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, leveraging data insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create interactive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Perform in-depth analysis using Microsoft Power Reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to extract, integrate, and analyze data for financial and operational reporting.
- Work with teams across departments to understand their data needs and translate these into tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain consistency in reporting, updating dashboards as needed.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within operational processes.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and updates in Power BI, Power Reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to implement best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Power Reporting, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Excellent knowledge of data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI.
- Experience in extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and report generation.
- Experience in automating data and reporting workflows is a plus.
