Chedid Capital is looking for an HR Operations Assistant Manager. The role outlines a comprehensive set of HR responsibilities, particularly within an international, multi-entity framework.

Responsibilities

  • Direct involvement in assisting HR operations across various regions (Lebanon, GCC, Middle East).
  • Actively support the development of HR policies that are both regionally compliant and aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Develop competitive compensation structures to ensure the organization remains attractive to talent.
  • Manage payroll systems (HRMS) and ensure financial accuracy during closures of the entities
  • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations concerning social security (NSSF), taxation, and other legal requirements.
  • Manage the hiring and separation processes of the employees.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of the Human Resources budget across various entities, ensuring resource optimization.
  • Ensure the organization meets all labor law requirements, including contracts, benefits, and separations, as mandated by local laws in the regions of operation.
  • Collect, analyze, and report HR data and metrics to assist in informed decision-making.
  • Act as a mediator to resolve employee disputes and foster a positive working environment.
  • Offer expert HR advice to management on HR decisions.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects, especially in areas like Business Intelligence, Risk Management, and Automation, supporting the integration of HR perspectives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in HR or HR certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR operations such as Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Employees Relations, Reports generation and data analysis, Policies and Procedures, Project Management, Hiring and Separation, HRIS…
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources
