Role Background
We are looking for a Program Advisor (Sales) to join our team in Lebanon.
As the primary point of contact for students, you will promote and sell our training courses, raise awareness, and expand market share. The Program Advisor will focus on revenue generation and achieving set targets and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote, sell, and follow up on public sales targets and corporate accounts.
- Convert leads into opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and meet sales targets, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and system updates.
- Assess corporate training needs, schedule meetings with decision makers, deliver sales presentations, close deals, and manage the training delivery aspect to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop regular sales forecasts and implement action plans to meet targets.
- Meet and advise candidates, answer questions, register students, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Collaborate and share feedback with marketing to support lead generation and market share growth.
- Perform competitive analysis, gather student testimonials for marketing insights, and assist students with memberships and exam applications.
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Experience and ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
