A Sales Professional is responsible for establishing and nurturing solid partnerships with retailers in the construction sector, showcasing our product line, and accelerating sales expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential retail clients and establish connections within the construction and trading sectors.
2. Foster and nurture strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
3. Adhere to a predetermined vist schedule, aiming to meet with 8 to 10 clients daily.
4. Maintain continuous communication with clients, follow up on their needs, and secure orders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty while meeting business objectives.
5. Attend weekly meetings at the headquarters to discuss updates, training sessions, and development opportunities.
6. Present our range of construction materials to both potential and current clients using the company's established sales pitch.
7. Educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of our products to drive sales.
8. Conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
10. Utilize collected sales data and client feedback to identify growth opportunities systematically.
11. Generate weekly and monthly reports based on visit outcomes and client input.
12. Develop and execute sales strategies to attain targets and expand our market presence.
13. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
14. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
15. Offer valuable feedback and insights to internal teams for product and service enhancement.

Skills and competences:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, product-presentation, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualification:
- School academic degree is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license is a mandatory.

Benefits and terms:
- This is a full-time position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The base salary is $400, which includes transport and work-related telephone expenses.
- Commission of 2% on sales is provided upon meeting predefined sales targets.
- Special gas coupons are allocated for client visits as per the routing and pre-prepared schedule.
- Car maintenance allowances cover 50% of total expenses, including oil changes and general mechanical repairs.
