Owner / Client Representative

Education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable University such as AUB, LAU, USJ or similar institution.

Experience:
10-15 years of experience in construction management for projects value of 10 to 20 million Dollars.
Experience in design drawings, value engineering, and others are a MUST.

Reports to Construction Committee Chairman.

Basic Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lebanese construction laws and permit processes.
- Expertise in: Site activities Management, Payment certificates, Coordination with Consultants and Contractor, High negotiations skills, Issuance and review of bids, …

Main duties:
- Advise and represent the Owner from the earliest stages of the project, starting with conceptual design, through the final design, permitting, pre-construction
- Oversee and review design to ensure they meet the owner's requirements
- Manage communication between Owner, Client Representative, LEED Architect, Architect, Main Contractor, and other Consultants
- Ensure all team members and contractor adhere to the terms of the contract.

Compensation: Monthly package will be discussed
