We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities:

Screen CVs and filter candidates.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Oversee training and development programs.

Collaborate on HR strategies.

Maintain accurate employee records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
