Main Work Activities:
• Technical implementations on site in cooperation with the Land Surveyor (Setting out, marking the position of structures and leveling the site)
• Interpretation of drawings & coordination of trades with all parties
• Read specifications to determine construction requirements
• Assign work to trade workers
• Lead and assist workers engaged in construction activities
• Estimate material and worker requirements to complete job and highlight to the PM/PE /site engineer or General Foreman regarding any problem in advance
• Control the quality of work, safety rules and ensure that they are followed
• Receive materials and check their quality if complying with the specifications
• Control material wastage and damage at site
• Supervise the subcontractor work
• Assist to produce and implement the site mobilization plan
• Monitor and manage site equipment
• Know-how of preventive maintenance of equipment.


Experience & Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in contracting field, mainly in concrete works
