The Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive sales. The role requires a creative individual with proven experience in crafting effective slogans and basic graphic design skills to support campaign execution. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive and align with the brand’s identity and target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the skincare industry.
• Create innovative and memorable slogans that convey brand values and product benefits.
• Assist in developing brand strategies that improve visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
2. Campaign Execution:
• Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, timeline management, and performance tracking.
• Design basic graphics (e.g., social media posts, banners, email visuals) using tools like Canva or Adobe that align with brand aesthetics.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and influencers to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of content for social media, email marketing, and the website, maintaining brand consistency throughout.
3. Product Launches:
• Assist in planning and executing product launch strategies, incorporating slogans, visual assets, PR outreach, and influencer collaborations.
• Work closely with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment on launch strategies and support materials.
4. Brand Management:
• Ensure all marketing communications adhere to the brand’s values, mission, and tone of voice.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms and marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing suggestions to refine marketing strategies.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key performance indicators such as engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
6. Budget Management:
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources for maximum return on investment.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage expenses related to campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven ability to create compelling slogans and basic graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
