Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring high-quality standards
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to ensure product quality
- Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives are met
- Conduct regression testing and performance assessments
- Improve QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Stay up to date with the latest industry best practices and technologies
