Inventory Controller Job description:

·        Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analysing inventory statistics to determine which products are selling and which are not.

·        Maintaining inventory systems, including inventory accuracy and inventory reconciliation.

·        Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.

·        Reporting inventory statistics and suggesting improvements to inventory control.

·        Prepares analysis of adjustments activities report.

·        Monitoring development of inventory scanning system.

·        Searches and reconciles inventory discrepancies.

·        Undertakes analysis on inventory levels and aging.

·        Monthly review of items in all consignment inventory locations.

·        Determines correct locations and coordinate moves between warehouses.

·        Performs monthly, quarterly & yearly physical stock counts.

·        Performs lot code corrections after each count is completed.

·        Understands and implements procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records.

N.B: Good excel knowledge and prior stock experience are required
