1. Manage the entire Information Technology infrastructure of the enterprise.
2. Responsible for the planning, development, installation, configuration and maintenance of corporate hardware, software and any related infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3. Maintain the company’s network systems security to prevent unauthorized access attempts and allow staff to communicate safely and securely.
4. Provide Help Desk troubleshooting and support to all users of all departments to ensure a safe continuous operation of the enterprise.

Skills

• Previous experience in SQL/Oracle queries and JDE ERP administration is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in the use and system management of Computer hardware and operating systems.
• Strong knowledge in networking protocols, infrastructures, IP telephony and equipment.
• Strong knowhow in security principles, software, devices and best practices (Antivirus, Antispam, Firewalls, VPN, etc.).
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to set up contingency plans and solutions to ensure business continuity at all times.
• Patience and perseverance to process turnaround of all assigned and follow-ups issues.
