Pre-Sales Engineers play a crucial role in instilling customer confidence, resolving technical queries, and securing sales opportunities. They collaborate closely with Technology Vendors, Sales, Business Development (BD), and SOC service delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions accurately meet customer needs and gain endorsement from key technical decision-makers.


Skills and Qualifications:


1. Education:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

• Prior experience in presales 1-2 years.

3. Languages:

• Fluent in English, Arabic and Preferably French (speaking, reading, writing).
