KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Prepare data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Evaluate and manage risk.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal and external controls.
- Develop plans for financial growth.
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- BA degree with a Master degree in Finance or relevant field.
- 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- CFA, CPA/LACPA or CMA are a plus .
- Microsoft office, and ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to travel for missions abroad.
- High communication and presentation skills.
- Good written and spoken English, Arabic and French.
