Tasks:
• Lighting Plan Analysis: Interpreting and reading lighting plans, sections, elevations, and lighting details to ensure proper understanding of project scope.
• Accurate Takeoffs: Performing precise quantity takeoffs for luminaires, accessories and LED drivers, ensuring accuracy for budgeting and procurement.
• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Conducting thorough cost estimation and budgeting for lighting systems, balancing cost efficiency and quality.
• Sales Team Coordination: Collaborating closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with commercial objectives, providing necessary support during the sales cycle.
• Manufacturer Coordination: Coordinating technical and commercial details with lighting manufacturers to ensure correct product selection, meeting client budget, availability, and lead times.
• Commercial Quotation Preparation: Preparing detailed commercial quotations and offers for project material proposals.
• Submittal Preparation: Compiling and preparing comprehensive lighting submittals, including product data sheets, compliance documents, test certificates and installation guidelines.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, AutoCAD) and the ability to use these tools to develop accurate plans and calculations.
